We do Not currently facilitate or accept returns. If you are not happy with your purchase in the event that the item is not as described or the wrong item was sent, we will have the product reshipped to you.

Based on the nature of a refund request, Shop Sales Ja reserves the right to decline such a request based on our sole discretion.

In the event of a dispute between your bank/financial institutions against the merchant "Shop Sales Ja", we reserve the right to provide all documentation legally required to prove all transactions are legitimate and fair and to discredit all fraud claims/chargebacks.
